Ultra Cryo & Recovery No-Show & Reschedule Policy 

At Ultra Cryo & Recovery, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all clients have access to our consultation and treatment appointments. To maintain fairness to all clients and protect our team’s valuable time, we have established the following No-Show and Reschedule Policy: 

New Consultation No-Show Policy 

1. First No-Show: If a new opportunity books a consultation and fails to attend without prior notice, they will be required to prepay for their next appointment at the time of booking. The prepayment will be applied toward their chosen service. 
2. Prepayment Requirement: The prepaid amount will be $149 and is non-refundable if the client fails to attend the prepaid appointment. 

Reschedule Policy 

1. First Reschedule: Clients may reschedule their consultation one time without penalty if they provide at least 24 hours' notice. 
2. Second Reschedule: If a client reschedules their consultation a second time and fails to attend the next appointment, they will be required to prepay $149 for any future booking. This prepaid amount will be applied toward their chosen service. 
3. Serious Commitment Rule: After two reschedules and a failure to attend, clients must understand that they are required to prepay $149 for future bookings. This policy is in place to ensure that our limited consultation spots are available for those who are serious about pursuing our services. 

Additional Notes: 

• We understand that emergencies happen, and we will make exceptions for extreme circumstances at management's discretion. 
• To ensure fairness, appointment confirmations and reminders will be sent via text and/or email in advance to help clients manage their schedules.
