Ultra Cryo & Recovery is a family-owned and -operated, full-service cryotherapy wellness and recovery center with three locations in Polk County.


Paul and Terri Hooten are a husband and wife team of local business owners with backgrounds in health and fitness. They opened their first cryotherapy clinic after owning a gym for over a decade.


"After being entrepreneurs and owning a gym for over 10 years, we saw a need to provide recovery services to our members, as well as our surrounding communities. We are dedicated to promoting healthy, natural healing and providing you with concierge service."

Our expertly trained staff strives to build trust with every individual that comes in with a warm, compassionate concierge approach. We will work with you to find a care plan that best suits your needs with individual or combination services, including CryoSlimming, CryoFacial, TruFlex, injections, and Red Light Therapy services.

Ultra Cryo & Recovery No-Show and Reschedule Policy

At Ultra Cryo & Recovery, we are committed to providing expert-led, premium service to our Lakeland, Auburndale, and Davenport communities. To ensure every client receives the dedicated time they deserve and to maintain the high standards of Polk County's largest wellness center, we have established the following commitment policies:

Standard Booking Fee:

To guarantee your appointment time with our experts and technology, a non-refundable $29 booking fee is required for all sessions scheduled online, via phone, or in-person. This fee confirms your commitment to your recovery and is transferable to a future session if rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice


New Consultation & No-Show Policy:
First No-Show: If a new client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the $29 booking fee is forfeited. To rebook, the client will be required to prepay $149 at the time of booking, which will be applied toward their chosen service.
Prepayment Requirement: This $149 prepayment is strictly non-refundable if the client fails to attend the subsequent prepaid appointment.


Reschedule Policy:
First Reschedule: Clients may reschedule a consultation or service one time without penalty, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.
Second Reschedule: If a client reschedules a consultation a second time and fails to attend, a $149 prepayment will be required for any future bookings.
Serious Commitment Rule: Following two reschedules and a failure to attend, clients must prepay $149 for all future bookings. This ensures our limited consultation spots remain available for those fully committed to their 25,000+ wellness journeys.


Additional Terms
Reminders: To help you manage your schedule, automated confirmations and reminders are sent via text and email.
Exceptions: We understand life happens. Exceptions for extreme emergencies may be made at management's discretion.
